A  new Indian cooking course starts on Tuesday 14th January at the City College Peterborough,  In the first lesson, I will help learners  produce Onion Bhajis, in fact they are called Pakoras, they are  great addition to  any finger buffet.

At the end of the lesson, I will post some feedback and example of our cooking so watch this space..
