Another 21st Birthday party treat

21st birthday

When I was asked to create a menu for a 21st Birthday party last month, I jumped at the chance and came up with the following.

  • Starters:
    Pakoras(onion bhajis) (no garlic)
    Freshly made Vegetarian Samosas (no garlic)
    Mango Chutney, Fresh Mint/yogurt chutney with fresh coriander, Chilli sauce
    Freshly made Lamb Samosas
  • Main Meal Buffet
    Chickpeas and Potatoes, slowly cooked with authentic spices (medium hot)
    Chicken Jelfrezi ( Low to Medium) plus ( dish made with no garlic for one person)  Lamb Bhuna North Indian dish noted for its spices and awesome taste- medium plus (dish made with no garlic for one person)
  • Bread:
    Tandoori Nan bread
    Special Rice

Thank you for providing a wonderful meal for my son’s 21st. All the dishes were excellent and enjoyed by everyone who attended the party. Tom took the leftovers back to uni and had the additional enjoyment of them over the following few days.”
