Great group, first lesson making onion bhajis
It was a pleasure to help out with an Indian food theme at Ross & Mary’s wedding reception at the Ufford Cricket club last night.
It was lovely to see guests enjoying the real home made curry experience.
Thank you all so much with your kind comments and feedback
Just finished the Indian curry magic workshop at the City College Peterborough and covered so much in a day from cooking Kebabs to Jeera Chicken, Aloo Tiki and not forgetting the Bhajis.
Fantastic group, very organised and pleasure to work with. See some of the results…
As part of the community learning group cooking workshop , we cooked my all time favourite curry dish , Lamb Pataki, with amazing result.
