Had a very good feedback from week three from the Learners who cooked, Chicken Korma and Lamb Pataki
Everyone was very keen for the 4th session of the Indian cookery for the beginners course, most people arrived 20 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Looking forward to Week 5 , I am afraid this will be our final week, we will be making Indian bread, special rice and Puris and having a feast with some of the dishes I will cook in the kitchen.
