I  was invited to do my Teach Me At Home, Indian cooking workshop on Sunday for a Birthday present. There were 4 great chaps who made some lovely curry dishes for their evening bash.. see some of the results. Thanks guys !

Mutter Paneer

Tonight we will be making Mutter Paneer that is Indian Cheese freshly made with peas

Also we will be making Kidney bean curry

With a brief intro at the Peterborough City College . It was a great evening the feedback was very good,  all the learners made onion bhajis and enjoyed the evening cooking and tasting yummy food.. see some photos below:

The first lesson is about knowing  all  about the spices, followed by cooking onion bhajis from scratch . Yummy.. Yummy..

All the learners were  very keen and willing to try out different recipes in their own time.

Well done all and we celebrated this with a Curry feast on the last day of the course.
